If you're in limbo ready for more than self-help but not quite able to access 1:1 support this guided program offers the structure and support you need to keep moving forward.

Our 12-week guided program is designed to help you heal your relationship with food, body, and self with expert support from a specialist therapist and a registered dietitian every step of the way.

We are capping this programme at 30 people to ensure you get the personalised support you need. If you aren't on the list you will miss out.

What to expect:

• Weekly live sessions with Bekka (therapist) & Ros (HCPC dietitian)

• Step-by-step tools for food freedom and emotional resilience

• Resources to help you navigate recovery beyond the 12 weeks grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a strong emphasis on compassion, flexibility, and connection.

EASE is the only one of a kind course combining a specialist eating disorder therapist and dietitian approach. Bekka and Ros have already supported 100s of people using their combined coaching approach.
